Very informative thread, but what is meant by this comment? What exactly are we talking about?

FYI....I have assembled the info in this thread from 100's and 100's of Net54 contributers's inputs since 2005 when I began conducting these T206 surveys.

Therefore, the comment you are inquiring about from this one person is not of any practical relevance.

And, perhaps that is why no one in the past 4 years has responded to his claim.
