Sadly I was after the E107 Dineen. I bailed out long before the final price - nearly $3,000 - was hit. This card in this grade sold a few years ago for $1,650.

At least I got a couple smaller cards to add to my collection.

Cheers,
Blair
Tired as well. I was really interested in the card until it broke $2,000. $3,000 was a very, very strong price for the card.

The other e107's were pretty well priced, but the Dineen was clearly the nicest.

Adam- i think you got the deal of the auction. i owned that very card last year, paid about $550 for it. i doubt it's fallen in value that much, you just simply got a great deal, congrats.

I missed bidding by a few minutes If anyone on here picked up the 4 Cycle 460 backs I'd love to work something out on one of them.

Default Goodwin

I hung out with a couple of board members in the chat room until about 1:30 or 2. Just talking talking and looking at cards while the auction was going on. That was a lot of fun. But the chat room starting kicking everyone off repeatedly so we just got off. Shortly after that I passed out. Couldn't make it until the end. But I got my cards...E95 Willis, E96 Marquard, and E102 Collins. Overall it was really good for me.

Yeah, I saw that Willis sitting there with no bids and almost went after it. Very nice eye appeal for that grade/price.

Default Goodwin E98's

I thought some of the E98's were particularly strong....Collins SGC 60 $2,900 Mack SGC 10 $700 & some tough commons like Vaughn SGC 10 $700 Coombs Auth $400. Maybe a turning point in their soft prices these past couple of years.

E98s are still underpriced and it is still a good time to buy.
Picked up a couple of caramel cards, the Reulbach was a steal as was the Carrigan.

Default E98's

Yeah I had my eye on a couple of the E98's, but it seems like there's enough people collecting those right now. I think I'll wait until another time to get in.
