A seller accepting a return is fine, and probably good practice. NOT because there's an implied warranty of slabability, but just fair business practice.
If the listing guaranteed the card would grade, then yes, definitely. If the seller had tried to grade it and was unsuccessful, that should be disclosed. Still, if the buyer wanted a graded card then he should have bought a graded card, instead of one that wasn't graded. No way would I, as a seller, reimburse a buyer his lost grading fees in such a situation, absent a guarantee that the card would grade. |
