This is the reason I love to collect companion pieces...
After spending some time sifting through a thousand or so auctions on ebay, I came across this...
1936dimaggioDEBUT.jpg and I bought this last year, a stub from DiMaggio's Major League Debut... dimaggiodebut2.jpgdimaggiodebut3.jpg this is the first photo of any TYPE from his debut that I've ever seen. Since he started off the year on the DL for a few weeks, no one knew when he was going to start playing, which is why anything from this game is extremely scarce.
