Which Red T206 Cobb Would You Rather Have?

Not a fan of the diamond cut...but the 1.5 corners almost look trimmed imho

Tough call. I really dislike T206's in that darn baggie. It's annoying & takes away from the eye appeal. The 1.5 is a nicer looking card, but I'd rather have a 4 for my collection despite the badly off center/cut card.

Further expanding on this, since you feel the 1.5 is better looking, it's a monetary thing? And that is why I framed the question the way I did. As of now exactly 1/3 of our members agree with you. So there is some company in your camp.

If, say, I'm putting together a T206 set in a PSA 3-4, I'd rather have the 4. If, I just wanted to add a great card of an all time great, I'd rather have the 1.5. If I had $4,000, and wanted a Cobb, I'd happily grab the 1.5, rather than save to buy the 4.

I will buy every single Cobb like this that you can find for $5000!!

Of course, if the criteria is by the number, the 4 beats a 1.5.

When I was replying there, I just threw out 4k. Wasn't thinking much on it, to further evaluate what it would really cost. It is a very nice card, Leon!

Understand. I will always buy a great looking Red Cobb at a great price. It would definitely beat my stocks lately LOL....

The 1.5 looks short to me, just saying. But aesthetically, I think the 1.5 is nicer- the diamond cut on the 4 is brutal
