I do understand that there will be grey areas (as in this case), but the alternative could become a slippery slope. I commend the overall attitude of the folks involved and understand the conflict and disappointment.

Well said, John. My thoughts exactly. I hold no grudge against the seller, buyer or anyone involved. I would chalk it up to an incorrect assumption on my part.
