We were negotiating price, Jim. In every sale I've done, the first offer made always got a heads up if someone makes a better offer. I give them the option to match the price or surpass it. That's always been my method and I've been given an opportunity to up my offer on cards I've been negotiating over. Generally, people will state up front in their sale that "SOLD" or "I'll take it" trumps all negotiating. Anyway, that's how I've always operated and will continue to. Seems to be the fairest method in my opinion. I don't have any grudge or resentment. Just disappointed.

All good. Tony is a good guy and I don’t want anyone to think otherwise

Thanks, Robert. As I said, I don't hold any grudge nor do I question your integrity. Good luck with the rest of your sales. Lots of great stuff there.
