Probstein sells tons of cards. Of course they can't "police" it all. That is their alibi.
All the ingredients are there for shilling to happen. Probstein makes more $. eBay makes more $. The seller makes more $. Buyer loses $. Not that all are shilled, but this is the perfect business model for this stuff to happen.
