Steve, that sucks! I would pressure him big time to honor the sale at this point then.

Option two ask him if you can have the card once back from SGC at small agreed to premium above your winning bid.

If he doesn�t bite on those then I would consider giving him the mark on the feedback.

Just my two cents, sorry this happened to you.
