You're definitely right Chris.
I really wanted that Steamer Sovereign and Bob Hall. Maybe that's why I bought them before the other people...! Hahaha... A simple response to the negative of "had already sold on our store site when customer bought on eBay. Didn't take it off eBay in time. refund sent immediately with a dollar extra." People would understand that.
