The lid is totally amazing. For starters the toolbox lid itself is SOLID. It has a lot of weight to it and a ton of character. The cards are obviously in rough shape but as a whole it presents well. They are glued on from the back side only so I think I could remove the two Demmitts but I have decided to keep it together as one piece. I currently have it hanging on my wall by the hinges which works perfectly. I am trying to find a more suitable method of display like an antique wood/glass display coffee table.
