Simply resell it as "T206...." and make a quick profit...
I like the idea of trying to extract one Demmitt and preserving the rest.

+1... that would be an easy double or more (in my opinion) with T206 in the title.

It's interesting that the seller had 1909? 1910? and 1911? in the title but not T206. If he did enough research to know they were produced 1909-1911 why wouldn't he put T206 in there anywhere?

When I first saw the pics in the OP's first post, I didn't really like the piece. After I looked at the auction on eBay and saw the full lid with all the cards, I changed my mind and I really like it in it's entirety. And I agree that displaying it as is on the wall is a great idea. Very unique and special piece.
