I am certain this subject has been hashed over many times before but I just had to vent.
I won a couple of nice items in their last auction which ended 12/5. Normally, as is the practice, I was expecting a notice over the last few days that shipping had been done, date expected, etc. But nada, so I called them and spoke to some dim bulb who said notice to ship should go out 14 days after auction close. But ever so helpful, he said I must be getting close to notification. Is this a new procedure or do they have too much business to handle. 15 days and no notice let alone my cards. Humbug. |
