trae- it is a very crisp, super clean example (even tho it is trimmed)...many collectors collect cards just for their apperance, i'm surprised this didn't go higher. |

There is no way, anymore, of predicting what prices T206's will go for on ebay. The Chesbro is a really fine looking card. |

Ted Z, That's a nice looking card.. doesn't look like a 2.. When you say manual sniping system, do you mean the old fashioned way of looking at the computer screen and hitting bid at the last possible second? |

No, that old fashioned way can't out-snipe the snipers. It's more complicated than that. But, nothing too exotic. |

I think to many cards are sent back as trimmed. These cards were not all the same size from the begining. Its a little short or its a little narrow, more times than not they were cut that way. Many times I buy groups of cards that are beat and they are many sizes. Its obvious they were not trimmed by thier condition. Look at all the angle cuts, did someone do them? Sizing is overdone IMO. |

I think that is a great looking card and the winner should send it to PSA so it can get a bump to "A.5" |

How did the Harris collection miss that card? Send it to PSA, they just might give it an 8. |

That Keeler portrait sure looks okay to me. I suspect there's a good chance the winner will cross it over to one of the other grading companies. |

Or crack it open and resubmit it to SGC again. |

The hammer price that was paid was a bargain, the buyer will have a chance to turn a $300 investment into many thousands because if the card grades and is a PSA 8, the card is extremely low pop and would be very valuable, at worse case, the card is certainly worth $300...I would have paid a lot more but I was too busy yelling at my daughter that night for not cleaning her room, very expensive lesson. |

Possible trim with those sharp corners, but the borders are so fat. Beautiful card regardless. I do remember a post of extra-large bordered T206's - anyone have a scan? If this card didn't originate this way, it had to be of the large-bordered pedigree. |
