Question about t206 1911 Cobb redback....

I'm new to the forum in fact its my first post. I am looking for a Cobb card for my son's collection. I found this one that was graded by SGC a poor 1. 2 questions...Is this an authentic Cobb card?? 2. Is this a good buy for a 1911 Cobb redback??
