Question about t206 1911 Cobb redback....

Posted By: Brian E.
Without a doubt the card is authentic. Red back Cobb cards, slabbed and in poor condition go for $225-$425. Overall, the condition doesn't look too bad and $375 is within reason. I would personally try to get it for $300-$350.

You need to see the reverse of the card, if the reverse is clean and there is not significant paper loss or markings, $300-$375 is okay on this card.

Brian E.

Posted By: barrysloate
Unquestionably real, but unless it is the scan, it looks out of register with too much yellow along the left border. Still not bad looking for a 10.

Posted By: Brian E.
The yellow appears to be some type of minor staining or discoloration. While not ideal, I don't think it is overly distracting. Assuming the back is clean, the yellow may be the reason the card is "poor" rather than "fair".

Brian E.

Question about t206 1911 Cobb redback....

Posted By: Kent
I saw this same card. It appears similar to a Red back Cobb I bought about a month ago. I paid $370 and some change for an SGC 10-Had a VG+ front, with some paper loss on a Sweet Caporal back. Although probably not the majority of this posts opinion, I look at it like this....I don't display the back!!
