Especially considering they are also found with the old put tobacco overstamp on them. Is it possible that this set was only issued with tobacco products? |

Besides looking like E cards, I suppose it is also possible that collectors who purchased these cards when issued were still around when the ACC was first published. They may have remembered the cards coming with caramel or some other candy. |
