It's amazing how many Grandmothers have forged Ruth's signature and then tried to pass them off on their unsuspecting grandsons. Very sad indeed.

I have another one.

You have to read the story from Ebay seller Devildogg27-9 about his "Mickey Mantle/Roger Maris" autographs (laughable forgeries).

I always like when the forgers selling the fake stuff or the guys that bought fake stuff want to dump it use the "Found in an estate sale" like that is supposed to make it sound legit. Idiots.

Well sure, that story is certainly plausible. Mick and Rog had a few drinks so the autographs are forged, slowly drawn, etc. etc. Uh huh...
