after 10 years of requesting psa distinguish the 2, psa finally did so about 6 months ago....after trying to complete a master set instructions and blank...i realized that the instruction were far more common than the blank backs
now 128 have been either resubmitted for labelling or new submissions and 112 have instructions and 16 are blank backs a 7 to 1 ratio...its amazing what the simple power of observation can accomplish...while not a very exciting topic i think the prices will soon start being reflected as people need these for their master sets |
