I've reported both and I urge others to follow suit. The Cobb definitely looks bad to me. You handle enough of a particular issue and you can just tell. But if someone asked me for specifics as to why it's bad, I couldn't provide them. Could someone help me here?

The colors are off including the white border shade surrounding his image, but more noticeable is the premature aging the card has been given.
I've owned a lot of E90-1's and have never seen those stress marks throughout like this fake displays.

Both of those cards are hilariously bad fakes. Unreal.

The printed on paper cracking is a dead give away on both. Also as Barry stated, wrong back on the Walter Johnson. I have reported them 3 ti,es, no luck yet.

Unfortunately, no one has ever gone broke underestimating the intelligence of the American consumer, which makes regulation necessary, even though anyone stupid enough to buy a clear fake with an impossible back simply should not be buying raw T206s at all.

Default Sellers response

Before you do something and say something you DONT KNOW FOR FACT maybe you should contact me first....These cards were taken to a local deal and were stated as real by him, and he deals in this stuff....next the card conditions and information are true so please keep your OPINIONS to yourself

- penalty_box_sportscards

That was the sellers response when I sent him a message. He is either really ignorant or really crooked.

Adam, they shouldn't be buying PSA graded ones either as SCP has had a few graded impossible back combinations in their last 2 auctions.

OK....here is the "specifics" why the E90 Cobb is a REPRINT....check out the upper left area on the back of this card and you will find evidence of paper loss.

E90's were reprinted some years back. And, in that upper left area on the backs of all these reprints is the letter "C". Therefore, and I've seen this before on
ebay, the seller will scrape off the "C"....leaving a small area of paper loss.

It's as easy as that to detect these reprints. Furthermore, when you compare an original E90-1 card to these reprints, you will see that the reprint is a tad
smaller than a real E90.

Otherwise, some of the fronts of these reprints that I have seen are pretty good replicas. If I was at home I'd scan a Cy Young I have to illustrate what I've
described here.

Thanks Tony, Dan, and Ted. As I said, I could tell because it just didn't look right but couldn't put my finger on why. Now I know.

Every one of these sellers has the same story....I took them to an expert, he guaranteed they were real, therefore you're an idiot for telling me they're fake. It's a broken record with these guys.
