I use a fountain pen... Waterman with Noodlers Ink Forest Green.
 Noodlers Ink makes pens with "flex nibs." I'm pretty sure it is what you want. I've never tried them, but you can see a video and get more info here: http://noodlersink.com/whats-new/new-flex-nibs/
