I have seen them at estate sales go to auctionzip.com and do a zip code search for your area with fountain pen as criteria.

In order to write in the way you desire, the pen nib must be very flexible. Modern fountain pen nibs are stiff--except for some very expensive pens, they no longer make the type of nib you want.
