I could see that yellow Ruth in a VG (3) plastic holder. I'm not sure how much that would increase the value, but I assume it would be a significant amount. Unfortunately, if I owned it, I would submit it multiple times.

Yikes!
Came across this gem tonight on ebay (it's a BIN if you want to hurry up and grab it!). Higher resolution images are available through Vendio in the listing. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1909-11-GAVV...ht_2247wt_1165 I would love to hear PSA's explanation for how that card was graded a 3. It's a mess! Unbelievable. Steve |
