1920s:1929 Kashin
1930s:1933 Goudey
1940s:1941 Double Play('49 bowman very close)
1950s:1957 Topps
1960s:best looking-1965 Topps/personal fav. 1960 topps.
1970s:1975 topps
1980s:1989 Upper Deck/1984 Donruss
1990s:1991 Topps Desert Shield
2000s:2001 Bowman Chrome
2010s:way too early to tell.
