Jeff you must stop using Hal Lewis tactics to beat sellers down on price. Shame on you.

Certainly nothing personal but when I clicked on the link it went to ebay....so that is why I moved it.

And I might add I just went back and put it back in the 19th century category. It was Jeff's link I clicked on . My apology.

"Wright is commonly referred to as the "Grandfather of professional baseball" as he brought us the overhand pitch back in the 1800's."

Huh? Where did this come from?

You know it goes both ways. As a seller I would be rich if I got a penny for every buyer who said my item was over graded and not worth crap and then offered me half of what I wanted.

Sure at some point talking up a card gets silly, but as a seller aren't you SUPPOSED to talk up your product :-)

That being said not sure why you would like a lower SMR price when you want almost double for the card. Usually that goes the other way and SMR is usually way off, seems in this case they are way low...

Hi Jay, no overhand pitch, but found this :

"It was there where he is credited with introducing innovations such as backing up infield plays from the outfield and shifting defensive alignments based on hitters' tendencies"
