Just getting back in the hobby. Still, not quite sure why they just don't eliminate the qualifiers and drop it a half grade or grade. If I were a Griffey fan, which i'm not, and I had a PSA 9(oc) and a PSA 8 or 8.5 I'd probably think more of non qualifier cards than the one with the qualifier. Maybe thats just me. Personally, I think it's a good looking card and like the poster above me said, the O/C qualifier seems a bit harsh here.
