Rob, I still think that's awesome that you got the box. Post the artwork that goes with the ring too. It really makes it a complete set. Do you know who the ring was given too?

Thanks, Clint.

There's no name inscribed on the ring.

Here's the original artwork from the files of Balfour, which I bought a few years before the ring:

Sticking strictly to memorabilia:

It's Gary Cooper, Babe Herman and Lefty O'Doul.

Wow, so many great pieces -- it's totally worthwhile seeing some of them again.
Because I'm a bat guy, I live your Lincoln bat find Dan, and Bugsy your St. Paul collection is amazing -- great trademark criss cross tape job on that Snider bat.
(not to derail things, but i just put a St. Paul game used ball from 1948 -- Campy's year -- on my website).
Rob, I also think your ring and Balfour artwork are simply incredible companion pieces, and Richard your Jefferson and Twain pieces have me drooling!

I'll just put my top two new bats in this post -- the Juan Marichal gamer may be only one known. These two make a big dent in my HOF gamer collection.
