Hey Rick, ever seen an old letterhead from the company that probably made many of those tickets you collect?

I'm sure someone else here collected this stuff or still do. When I was a kid in the early 1970's in Miami, at my school, FAMOUS MONSTERS was the in thing. This issue was the most prized one, #1 from 1958. Couldn't afford it as a kid. Got it in 1998 and when I look at it, reminds me of my elementary school days.
Also big then was Wacky Packages. We stuck them all over the place.
Anyone else on the Board, used to collect these?

I also collect Pre Columbian and Egyptian antiquities. You just have to be careful of provenance since there are so many fakes (like vintage cards) and there are also illegally imported pieces!

I used to buy Famous Monsters in Filmland when I was a kid, and it scared the heck out of me!
