Love these postcard threads. Don't have much to offer but here's a McGraw that I thought was Keeler until I put it on this board a while back:
![]() Here's our media guide from my senior year. We finished third at the NAIA World Series in Sioux City after defeating D1 Auburn when they were #1 during the regular season. We also defeated Miss State when they were top 25, D-2 #1 Delta State, NAIA #1 Dallas, NAIA #1 Bellevue, etc. Our head coach, Brian Shoop, formerly coached under Miss State's Ron Polk when Will Clark, Palmeiro, and Thigpen were there. After I graduated, Southern continued to win and finally won the World Series. They moved to NCAA D-1 but hired a new president who wanted football, so they switched to D-3. Coach Shoop moved to UAB where he remains, and Shoop's assistant is Coach Polk! Great men, both of them.

My kind of thread! Some great items posted so far. Here is a mixed bag of postcards from my shoebox.
". . Take me out with the crowd!" Recent eBay pickup. San Francisco Rec Park. Home of the Seals until 1931 or thenabouts. Another collector has this card with a 1911 postmark; mine is unused. ![]() Couple of ballplayers. ![]() Couple more. ![]() Mahalo nui loa to Frank Ward for this Red Belt variation which island-hopped to Oahu a few days ago. Howard Ehmke is depicted with Syracuse in 1916 prior to a long career in the Bigs. ![]() Showed the Senators postcard a month or two back. It's date was ascertained to be 1918. I have always loved this Sportsman Park postcard, a neighbourhood ballyard, a fantasy setting.
