For being "professional" authenticators you would think one of the job requirements would be to actually know what you are grading...

I was trying to give PSA the benefit of the doubt as W572s have much smaller borders then V100s and Rousch's cards re-use the image, so maybe they just mis-identified the issue, but the cropping and autograph on the V100 is different so the eBay one is clearly a trimmed V100.

I was wondering about those... I was interested. I gave PSA too much credit as I am not so familiar with the issue so after a little research came up empty, I assumed they were some kind of variation.

Maybe they aren't trimmed. Maybe they are just missing their mounts.

as tim suggests, the Willards' characteristically have very wide white borders so one can only be astonished that the tiny bordered card was given a 3 mc.
i had my willard's Ryan framed for display largely because of the beauty of those wide white borders.

Default Sloppy/Negligent grading

Note that the Rice this seller has up for auction has full borders, and that PSA's serial number is just three digits away from the Roush, indicating that these were graded at the same time:
