I've had some cards in there early holders cross over with no problem.

I too, have had three cards cross (straight) from the old CSA-blue insert holders, to PSA. They were PSA 3/4 1930s National Chicles
I do not however, have any experience with the holders depicted in the OP's scans. Steve |

Keep in mind, there's a reason why the cards are in a CSA holder and it's not because they are a recognized industry leader.

Over the years I've had 2 CSA's come back as trimmed from PSA.
