Mark, you are right - the uniforms are of the '14 variety.
By the way, as a side bar - that same image was used for some kind of premium poster, not sure who was the sponsor. But it was originally part of Steinbach's collection and is included in one of Slater's auctions in '98 or so. Bob, thanks for the link. Funny thing, I received that catalog and missed it!!! Go figure....
