Ultimately no big deal and like I told vintagetopps guy when I pm'ed my contact info, if he declared Ted the winner - no worries.
However, seems to me that if the auction ended at 8:00, then a bid placed at 8:00:00 is too late - the auction has ended.  Regardless I found it a relief that Ted placed the value of these cards at $30. When the auction started I wondered how this board of pre-war collectors would embrace a reprint set. After reading the posts for the last 6 months or so, I consider Ted the foremost authority on t206's. All due respect to you Ted. I'm sure if we ever met and I got a chance to view your collection I would be in awe! Tony
