The board clock is, not coincidentally, set at CST time. So if someone says an auction ends in EST then it is obvious we will be an hour behind........
By default the board is set to display CST, but everyone has the ability (and choses during setup) to display it locally in their own timezone, so most of us do not see it as CST.
