I've seen a couple like this the last few days. If you want ID's or face comparisons that have a chance of being valid you need to post reasonable scans. Other than the obvious Matty - it's impossible to compare anyone to the Bucknell team photo you posted.

The football cabinets - need better res on those also, that I can't provide. Then I would be happy to give you an opinion.

Subjectively they don't look like the same person to me.

More specifically, though the head angles are different so that some judgement is involved, IMO the left ears don't match, especially at the top of the ear.
