Matt, I called in last week to find out where my cards were; spoke to Melissa who eventually tracked them down and I received them two days later. Give it a shot.

I spoke with Doug Allen after the auction ended regarding the lot that I won and he had the item to me in under one week and I was very pleased with my purchase upon receipt. No problems here.

Is it just me, or does it seem kinda weird that winning bidders have to negotiate their shipping charges? Are the people who dutifully pay their bills without questioning things subsidizing those who complain? This also has to be a pain for Doug to go through. There must be a better system for handling these charges.
