Dangit Rob! It was you that got me on those cards! I have been studying this set for a while now and am currently up to 49/60 cards. My research has concluded that 1.) several of the shortprints, are in fact shortprints; 2.) several of the shortprints are not shortprints and 3.) several of the "common" cards are WAY tougher than the announced shortprints. These include Alexander, Bartell (have seen only one on ebay in the last year), Grube and a couple of others. E-mail me if you have other questions.I find it interesting that a year after the 1932 World Series, there are NO Yankees in the set, but many many Cubs and Cardinals. |
