Ok it's oc but why is the card psa1?

Steve is correct ... multiple creases right across the middle of the card. The card was definitely folded in half at some point. There must be some slight paper loss, or perhaps some paper separation which has been folded/pressed back down, which is not evident from the scan.

Also, the card is off-center, and has four rounded corners, which of course didn't help the grade.

Still, a great looking 1.
