Apparently the amount I sent, was to the wrong email address. So I had to cancel that, and resubmit to the right one. Not only am I screwed out of the $15 credit, but I'm being double billed now for the amount. Paypal gets to sit on my money for God knows how long. Can't get the credit because I used their website to request the discount. |
