Basically, that's what it boils down to because the sellers certainly aren't going to make up for what they're giving away. And no, the sellers are not giving any money up, the discount is coming from ebay/paypal (they are only good on ebay items btw).<br /><br />

Not only am I screwed out of the $15 credit, but I'm being double billed now for the amount. Paypal gets to sit on my money for God knows how long. Can't get the credit because I used their website to request the discount.
