is stupid except the one you don't ask. "Outside the hobby" commonly refers to cards that are not in current, active hobbyists, or dealers hands. Something you find in an old chest or at a flea market could be considered outside the hobby. About a year ago I bought over 700 PCL cards from a guy that inherited them from his grandfather and had never been "in" the hobby. They were in a box in a closet for over 50 years. These were considered outside the hobby.....best regards |
