T206 HOFer backs

b/c back collectors for the most part want the back to display. Also, if the same multipliers were used for HOF'ers, they would be outrageous - people just aren't willing to pay that for a card which they only want it for the back. Now, if more people become like Hal, these multipliers for backs will start to increase.
