Anyone seen any of these before?

I did a quick search on the internet and found that Henry Altemus was a famous book-binder in Philadelphia in the late 19th and early 20th century, during the time Waddell played for the A's. Perhaps these are little bookmarks made by them, or some promotional tool? Who knows.
