One of my consignments was a near set of T207s about 5 years ago. During the photo process of the cards for the catalogue, somehow they lost the Lowdermilk card. Yes, lost. They told me they must have accidentally thrown it away. I think the final price suffered because of the loss of the card but they reimbursed me for the value of the card based on my opinion as to its worth and apologized. They are very professional in their dealings but I still shake my head at how this card could have simply "disappeared." |
