I'm not sure what's going on with eBay these days concerning listing violations like this. Perhaps they think they've done enough already by subjecting expensive listings to further scrutiny through the authentication process. They used to have a violation report option available on every listing, and it seems like they were thankful for the eBay community at large helping to keep eBay safer for everyone. But maybe now they are tired of using their resources to respond to such reports.
