Was this Jack Phillips drafted during WWII? I vaguely recall I may have a WWII item with someone of that name, but know it is a pretty common name, so want to check with you before digging through things.

I believe he's looking for JACK S. PHILLIPS 1945 Giants He died in St. Louis by accidental electrocution at the age of 39, ten years after leaving baseball. Tough autograph.
