If I said delivered, I misspoke. But I think it did get delivered, and whoever received it did as I have done when someone else's mail is in my mailbox. I write "not at this address" on it, put it back in the mailbox, and the carrier takes it away.

Might also be the carrier noticed it was misaddressed (and had no one to deliver it to) and brought it back to the PO. Who knows.

Based on the below I think this is what happened. BUT..... it started to reverse course and went back to San Francisco but then got sent again to Petaluma. This is so insane. Is the zip code on the box unclear?
