What's the problem? So PSA forgot to add the text "Jalfco Reprint" on the label. Sheesh, everyone makes mistakes.

That seems the dumbest to me. Why wouldn't they just deactivate the cert # and say it is a mechanical error and will correct that for free. Then the buyer is out some cash and hopefully learns a valuable lesson.
