1933 Goudey also gets you the Cardinals with 6: Vance, Frisch, Haines, Hornsby, Durocher, Dean

I don't collect the 20's but there is probably a 1920's set with a lot of Giants HOFers, from the Frisch veterans committee corruption inducting all his teammates. Frisch, Kelly, Jackson, Wilson, Youngs, Terry, Southworth, Lindstrom were on the team in 1924 for 1 example, Bancroft was there 1921-1923, McGraw was still managing into the 30's.

The Pirates also had 6 - Paul Waner, Lloyd Waner, Pie Traynor, Arky Vaughan, Waite Hoyt and Freddie Lindstrom.

No, you were right - Hornsby was a Brown in 1933 Goudey.

Ok, fine, but his other 33G card had him accurately as a Brown, and he hadn’t been a Cardinal since 1926. That card was a retrospective.

EDIT: I looked it up on BBRef, which separates the teams for split seasons, and apparently he did go back to the Cardinals for part of 1933. So I stand corrected.

He really bounced around late in his career: Giants, Braves. Cubs, Cardinals, Browns.
