Snider, Campanella, Hodges, Koufax, Drysdale, Reese - 1959 Topps. With Jackie in the mix you get 5 in 1952 and surely other sets with 4 or 5.

Mantle, Berra, Ford, Rizzuto, Mize - 1953 Topps (a tough year to do it with the split contracts). Presumably others in this period can also get to 5 with the Yankees.

Bench, Morgan, Perez, Rose - numerous sets in the 70's for 4.

Banks, Santo, Williams, Banks in the late 60's and early 70's for several sets also get 4.

Rose technically no, but a couple of years where Philly had Rose, Morgan, Schmidt and Carlton.

1968 topps - just 4 - Cepeda , Brock , Gibson, Catlton .
Non hofers Roger Maris and Curt Flood ,
HOF Ted Simmons played a couple games but no card

1967/9 you can add Joseph Franklin Niekro - so you can get to 5
